Planner
A successful business campaign is a planned campaign. eWizard Planner is a professional tool for marketing teams that helps them align and coordinate working processes around campaigns and content resource planning and preparation.
Use eWizard Planner to develop, control, and coordinate a campaign execution in a multivendor environment. Planner allows you to handle the following:

Library
It's a space for collecting all your items, folders, and media assets. For a better management experience, all content is grouped into the following subsections:

to create items from scratch or based on templates, upload eWizard-compatible archives and supported assets, organize content in folders, and convert PDF and PPTX documents into e-Detailers and websites.
Shared with me
to collaborate on shared items and folders with your colleagues.
Deleted
to view previously removed items or assets and restore them if required.
In addition, each item has its options. They allow you to manage the item version, access and details, export or publish the item, download its source, and more.
Viewer
This service allows you to check the item display in mobile and desktop views and on different target devices. Also, if you need to quickly view an item in other languages, use the automatic translation option in Viewer.
Editor
eWizard Editor is a multifunctional service. It provides a full range of editing capabilities to achieve the intended item design and requirements.
Editor offers the following options:
Using various components, blocks, and placeholders to organize the item layout.
Setting styling and properties of every element on the layout.
Assigning element types to assets to categorize them in Veeva Vault.
Adding references, footnotes, and claims to ensure that only the correct and approved text fragments are used in your items.
Using merge tags to make your mailing campaigns more personalized and efficient.
Checking the email display before distribution with the eWe Test tools.
Manual translation of item texts or sending them for localization.
Modularization of your content to streamline its reuse, review, and approval; manage module combinations to group content according to certain business rules and work with Veeva Vault content module rulesets.
To start, fill in the layout with components or blocks to get the required composition.
Then, select components individually to upload assets or a whole block to add a module. Use tabs on the customization panel on the right to adjust styles, properties, and settings, add actions and animation, or link claims.
Before email distribution, test its display.
Also, you can use the item more options directly in Editor to share, export, or publish the ready-to-use item.
Export
This service lets you transform eWizard items into the required formats for the target use.
You can export your item for a specific CLM system and generate a PDF, PPTX, or HTML document. For modular content, single out the pre-approved or modified modules in the exported PDF file to facilitate the approval process of the resulting PDF-formatted item.
Also, you can make the standalone Android application from your e-Detailer.
You can view the overall export history within your company in Publish manager.
Publisher
With eWizard Publisher, you can send items created in eWizard to different target systems:

Thanks to secure and configurable integrations of eWizard with target systems, publication cuts the likelihood of a human mistake. The process includes several steps, the most essential of which is filling in the required item metadata. The metadata mapping ensures the transmission of values to the target system and allows you to specify storage directories for the published item.
When publishing your eWizard items to Veeva Vault for approval, highlight modules and their components in the resulting PDF.
You can view the overall publication history within your company in Publish manager.
Deployment
With the Deployment service, you can:
Deliver websites created in My library to eWizard hosting platforms.
View the deployment history of your company in Publish manager and deactivate your site there when needed.
After deployment, your website is available to all users by the generated link.
Analytics
eWizard Analytics is a service to get insights into user activity within eWizard for further analysis.
Summarized data is visualized in analytical reports. You can select different report types and customize their views with data filters and sorting options. Also, you can export the required report as an Excel or CSV file.
Business admin
With eWizard Business admin, you can manage user accounts and permissions by customer business administrators. The service allows you to handle the following:
