An e-Detailer is a sequence of slides organized into a presentation. You can use e-Detailers to present products and interact with clients during both face-to-face and remote meetings. e-Detailer can be created from scratch with available templates or converted from PDF and PPTX files. It's built on the eWizard.js framework, is available for editing, KPI collection, and can be transferred to target systems through the Export and Publish services.

An email is an HTML-formatted document that contains recipient-oriented information that can be delivered through personal or mass mailing. You can create emails based on the intended use: broadcast, rep-triggered, or email fragments. Email may contain different components, assets, specially designed blocks, modules, and merge tags. eWizard Ultimate Performance emails are compatible with the majority of mailing services.

When you need to address many recipients at once, you use a broadcast email. It's designed for mass mailing and provides common fact-finding or introductory information.

You can use a rep-triggered email to send an invitation, a follow-up to the e-Detailer demonstration, or to perform other personalized activities. Rep-triggered emails let you interact with recipients more efficiently.

An email fragment is a reusable part of the email that provides updates or details to the information stated in the email. You can create the email fragment, customize it, and export or publish it to the target system. Create one email and link multiple ready-made email fragments to it. The linked email fragments are displayed within the email layout.

Media comprises digital assets to fill your item with: audio and video files, images, and documents. eWizard supports different asset formats and sizes. You can upload assets from your device to My library and add them to your item with the Assets pop-up.

A module is a ready-made item that contains a set of components. Modules facilitate the approval process of the resulting item. You can create the module independently in eWizard or the target system and reuse it for your item customization. Add modules to your item blocks according to the component classification. You can use the Assets pop-up to replace components of the added module.

A messenger ad is a landing page designed for promotional campaigns in messengers like WeChat. With this item type, you can send the required information to the target recipients and discuss the details in the chat. Create a messenger ad, customize it with components and blocks available for the template used. Also, you can publish it to Veeva Vault as PDF for approval and interactive, NaviGate, and export for Veeva Vault.

A website is a collection of digital content and multimedia elements hosted on a web server and accessible through a specific domain or URL. In eWizard, the term websites refers to landing pages and multipage sites.

A landing page is a standalone webpage designed to present a specific product or service and encourage users to take the expected action. You can brand and fill a landing page with interactive components: videos, buttons, and others. The general landing page workflow includes its creation/upload, editing, further export/publishing to target systems or deploy to the hosting platform.

A multipage site is a collection of interconnected web pages that present a wide range of information and interactive elements. With multipage sites, you can provide in-depth information, engage the target audience with diverse content, and facilitate navigation between different sections of your website. Deliver a ready-made multipage site to the target system or hosting platform with the Publisher, Export, and Deployment services.

A brief is the prototype of an e-Detailer, email, or landing page created on the basis of the items template. All brief types have identical options and undergo similar steps in the creating, editing, sharing, and publishing processes.

A banner is a content item designed for displaying on websites and social media to promote your product or service. With banners, you can provide concise information and direct the target audience to your website. A wide range of eWizard banner sizes provides adaptability to various promotional needs.

Create banners of the required type and size based on the intended use: vertical, skyscraper, rectangle, square, leaderboard, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Customize the banner with components, adding your logo and messaging to present your brand to a global audience.

Once you complete it, send the banner to Veeva Vault as PDF for approval or to NaviGate with the minimum human operation. You can also export the banner as PDF and an image in PNG or JPEG format for further use or distribution across digital channels.

An AI-avatar video is a working version of a future video file voiced by a digital presenter based on a script. In Library, you can convert PPT/PPTX files into AI-avatar videos. In the AI-avatar video editor, add the required text for voiceover, select a presenter, their language, and make changes according to your design.

eWizard allows you to launch rendering of the production-ready AI-avatar videos to MP4 video files from Library, AI-avatar video editor, or from the project Details page. The resulting video file becomes available for its target usage, including adding it to items with the video component. You can track the total number of rendered minutes in the AI-avatar video report within the eWizard Analytics service.
