5. Click CREATE.

Your newly created item appears in Library.

Folder

Use folders to organize items in Library. You can add items and other folders there. By organizing your Library content into folders, you can prioritize your work more effectively. For instance, creating a folder for high-priority content items can help you focus on them first.

To add a new folder:

1. Click + ADD NEW and select Folder.

The New folder dialog appears.

2. Enter the folder name.

3. Click CREATE.

Create folder

The new folder appears in Library above other items. Use its more options to manage the folder or access to this folder.

Folder deletion

When you delete a folder, all its contents are also deleted. Please make sure your folder doesn't contain any important items before deletion.

You can create items or folders within the target folder. For this, open the required folder and add a new item/folder as usual.

When you create items/folders in a shared folder, all collaborators automatically receive access to them.

Also, you can drag the existing items and folders from Library to your folder.

To move the item/folder through several nested folders, do it one by one.

To move the item/folder out of the low-level folder to the upper level, drag it as well to any target folder.

Hidden folders

To access the hidden folder under the collapsed part of the breadcrumb menu:

1. Go to the source folder.

2. Unfold the collapsed part of the breadcrumb menu.

3. Drag the required item/folder right there.

Item/folder access management

To manage access to your folder, assign users to this folder. Your folder becomes a project. Add items/folders to your project.

If you have assigned users to the item/folder you're adding to the project, this item/folder permissions remain without changes.

Otherwise, the item/folder inherits the project permissions.

You can combine items and folders with various permissions in your project.
