Turn on the Stretched layout toggle to make the content item fill the device screen. The content may appear stretched or compressed. By default, the toggle is off, and the content item automatically adjusts to fit the screen proportionally.

5. Click CREATE.

Your newly created item appears in Library.

Folder

Use folders to organize your Library content. You can create content items and nested folders within the folder structure to manage your workflow and prioritize items. For instance, creating a folder for high-priority content items can help you focus on them first.

To add a new folder:

  1. Click + ADD NEW and select Folder.

  2. In the New folder popup, enter the folder name.

  3. Click CREATE.

Create folder

The new folder appears in Library above other items. Use its more options to manage the folder or access to this folder.

Folder deletion

When you delete a folder, all its contents are also deleted. Ensure the folder doesn't contain important items before deletion.

You can create content items or folders within the target folder. To do so, open the target folder and create a new content item or folder.

When you create content items or folders in a shared folder, all collaborators automatically receive access to them.

You can also drag the existing content items and folders from Library to your folder.

To move content to a nested folder, drag it one folder level at a time until it reaches the target folder.

To move a content item or folder to a higher-level folder, drag it to the target folder.

Hidden folders

To access the hidden folder under the collapsed part of the breadcrumb menu:

1. Go to the source folder.

2. Unfold the collapsed part of the breadcrumb menu.

3. Drag the required item/folder right there.

Item/folder access management

To manage the access to your folder, assign users to it. The folder becomes a project. You can add content items and folders to the project.

If the content item or folder being added to the project has assigned users, its permissions remain unchanged. Otherwise, it inherits the project permissions.

In one project, you can combine content items and folders with various permissions.

Personal folders in Shared with me

In the Shared with me space, you can create personal folders to organize shared content without affecting its original location for the owner. Personal folders are visible only to you and provide a private organization layer for shared content.

To create a personal folder:

  1. In the Shared with me space, click + ADD FOLDER.

  2. In the New folder popup, enter the folder name.

  3. Click CREATE.

You can create nested folders inside shared and personal ones.

Inside a shared folder, the following folder types are available:

  • Shared folder—available to the owner of the source folder immediately after creation. The icon indicates shared folders regardless of their owner.

  • Personal folder—visible only to you. The icon indicates this type.

The new folder appears in the target location above other content items and media. Use more options to manage it.

Depending on the folder type, available options can differ. A complete list of options includes the following:
