Shared e-Detailers can be demonstrated to the target audiences right in eWizard. During the demonstration, the system can collect KPIs and record these metrics to the dedicated report.

This functionality is ensured by the Share link option. To use it, share the required e-Detailer and select the Collect KPI when viewing checkbox in the Share link pop-up.

Pass the link copied to an attendee for self-detailing or open it for demonstration on your screen.

When following the link, the e-Detailer opens in Viewer and KPI collection starts.

By default, KPI metrics are collected starting from the third second of the slide demonstration. This delay value can be changed in the e-Detailer settings with the eWizard.js framework.

Report on share link views

Once the self-detailing or demonstration is over, the report is ready for analysis. To access it:

  1. Go to Library.

  2. Click the details button on the required e-Detailer card to open its details.

  3. Go to the SHARE LINKS tab.

  4. Unfold more options of the required entry.

You can identify the required entry by the e-Detailer version or date when it was shared.

5. Click Reports.

The report opens in the pop-up and includes the following:

  • Date when you followed this link.

  • Your attendee's name, email, and comments, if you specified these in the Attendee details pop-up.

  • Standard KPI metrics collected during the demonstration:

    • Average time on slide

    • Demonstration duration in seconds

    • The number of slides viewed

  • The SHOW DETAILS option. Click it to view custom and slide KPI metrics collected during the demonstration (when the list is unfolded, the HIDE DETAILS option appears instead).

You can export the KPI report as an Excel file. For this, click EXPORT.

The report contents depend on whether it was self-detailing or demonstration.
