Details page with item metadata and history

Get a full picture of your item history on its Details page

To view the item history, go to its Details page from the item card in Library.

The Details page contains the following areas and controls:

[1]: The item metadata

In the Origin field, you can use the link to open:

  • The item source template in NaviGate

  • The Details page of the source item

[2]: Quick action buttons to go to item Viewer or Editor

[3]: Tabs with item changes in versioning, sharing, share links, export operations, and publications, deployments, and rendering.

[4]: The item more options

Versions

On the VERSIONS tab, you can find the list of item versioning changes:

  • Version number

  • Author

  • Date and time

To update the item version, use the UPLOAD NEW VERSION quick action button. Once applied, the original item name and metadata remain unchanged.

Use more options of the required item version to:

  • View this item version

  • Download a source ZIP archive to your device

  • Promote the previous version to the item current version

Sharing settings

On the SHARING SETTINGS tab, you can view all the users assigned to collaborate on the shared item. Once the item is shared, it becomes a project, and the users added to this project are your collaborators.

Depending on the user role, you can access different project options on this tab. To set the rights for a specific user role, contact your administrator.

With the quick action buttons, you can do the following:

[1]: Assign new users to the project.

[2]: Remove all users from the project.

[3]: Leave the project. Available for collaborators only.

Once you leave the project, the item is removed from your Shared with me section in Library.

You can't change the item owner or remove them from the project.

To manage each project collaborator individually:

1. Find their name in the list.

2. Open more options in the selected row.

3. Choose the required option:

  • Change the collaborator role

  • Remove the collaborator from the project

Share links

On the SHARE LINKS tab, you can find the share links to the item versions. To generate the share link to the latest item version, use the SHARE LINK quick action button.

To open the shared item version in Viewer, click the generated link in the LINK column.

Use more options of the share link to do the following:

Copy the direct link to the item version

Simplified view link

Copy the link to the simplified view of the item version

Edit

Change the share link parameters in the Share link pop-up

Reports

Open a report containing e-Detailer viewing details

Delete

Remove the share link from the list

Exports

The EXPORTS tab contains the details of all export operations for the given item. To export the item for its further target usage, click the EXPORT quick action button.

To save the resulting file or ZIP archive to your device, unfold its more options and click Download.

You can find the item export history in Publish manager on the EXPORTS tab.

Publications

On the PUBLICATIONS tab, you can find the item publication history. To publish the item to target systems, use the PUBLISH quick action button.

To view the summary of the required item publication, unfold its more options and click Details.

For the failed Veeva Vault publications, click โ” to view the error report. You can copy and email the error details to eWizard Support for assistance.

You can find the publication history of the item in Publish manager.


Deployments

On the DEPLOYMENTS tab, you can find the deployment history of your landing pages and multipage site. To deliver the item to the eWizard hosting, use the DEPLOY quick action button.

In the LINK column, you can use the following controls:

To copy the website URL address

To view the summary of the website deployment, unfold its more options and click Details.

You can find the deployment history of landing pages and multipage sites within your company in Publish manager.

Rendering

The RENDERING tab contains a list of video files generated from AI-avatar videos. To render a video for its further reuse in other eWizard items within the video component, click the RENDER quick action button. As a result, the MP4 video file appears in My library.

You can open the rendered video in eWizard Viewer. For this, click the more options menu and select View. To save the resulting file to your device, select Download.
