Explore the Library panels and controls available

Once signed in to eWizard, you are redirected to the following Library page.

The Library page consists of three major sections.

[1]: The top panel with the following controls:

Control

Description

Opens the main menu for navigation

Provides search results by keywords in Library

Filters the items by the type, country, language, brand, or target device

Activates the chatbot

Opens the Help menu (User guide, Developer guide, Legal papers, Service desk)

Unfolds your profile menu

Initiates the item creation process

Sorts the items by different parameters

Displays the selected item details on the right sidebar

Space name

Description

My library

A full list of items and folders you created in eWizard or uploaded to the platform. Items are displayed as cards with thumbnails on top and quick-action buttons at the bottom.

Shared with me

A list of items shared with you by your eWizard teammates.

Deleted

A list of items and folders you removed from your Library.

[3]: The main area that contains all eWizard items and folders.

Main menu

The list of available eWizard services in the main menu is determined by the terms of license and user permissions.

The main menu allows you to navigate to the following platform sections:

  • LIBRARY with item types available—the eWizard home page with content.

  • NAVIGATE—the default starting page of an eWizard-specific DAM system common for all users within the eWizard environment.

  • PULSE—the Pulse Online page with the e-Detailers published from eWizard ready for demonstration.

  • PUBLISH—the Publish manager page with a comprehensive registry of publications, exports, and deployments within your company.

  • ANALYTICS—the starting page of the analytical service displaying the report set as default.

  • PLANNER—the home page of the service designed for planning, developing, and handling a campaign execution with the widgets available for you.

  • BUSINESS ADMIN—the Users section of the service aimed at managing users and their permissions by customer business administrators.
