Find the history of item publications, exports, and deployments

Publish manager is an overall registry of publications, exports, and deployments within your company.

To access Publish manager:

1. Open the main eWizard menu in the upper-left corner of the page.

2. Select PUBLISH.

Publish manager opens.

Here, you can:

  • Search for the required entries by keywords of item names.

  • Filter the entries by metadata and statuses: unfold a filtering drop-down and select the required options.

  • Sort the entries by any parameter: click any column name to change the sort order.

  • Define the number of entries per page and navigate between these pages.

Publish tab

You can find the publication history on the PUBLISH tab.

For Associate Members, their Publish manager contains the list of all publications within the whole eWizard environment.

You can download the source of the published item here. For this:

1. Unfold its more options.

2. Click Download.

To view the published item details on the Publishing summary page, click the required item name in the list within Publish manager.

The appropriate Publishing summary page opens.

Export tab

The EXPORT tab comprises the export history.

Unfold the item more options to Download the resulting ZIP archive.

Deploy tab

You can find the deployment history of websites on the DEPLOY tab.

Here, you can use the following controls:

Open the website more options to view its details or deactivate this website.

When you select the Deactivate option, the website is removed from its hosting environment. Unfold the deactivated website more menu to apply the following options:

Action

View the website metadata and history on the Details page

Restore the website from the INACTIVE space within 30 days. Afterward, the website is deleted permanently

Delete the website permanently
