Manage localization files
After creating a new language, you can manage its localization files in the following way:
2. On the language details page, download the localization JSON file to your device with the DOWNLOAD
button.
When editing system attributes or using restricted symbols in the localization file, errors may occur. Please read the editing guidelines before making any changes in the localization JSON file.
3. Localize the file. You can make the changes yourself, or send the file to a translation agency.
To localize the interface strings with the Viseven translation agency, contact your liaison manager.
4. Once the localization is complete, click UPLOAD
to add the JSON file to the system.
On the language details page, you can also edit or delete the existing interface language.
Editing guidelines
To localize the eWizard interface to different languages, you can edit the common
and services
sections of the downloaded JSON file. The default language in the localization file is English.
Edit the localization file in any source code editor, and save the result in the JSON format.
In the
common
section, you can localize interface strings common for all eWizard services covered by localization. In the
services
section, you can localize interface strings specific to separate eWizard services.
To prevent errors, don't edit the values of the __mapping__
section, which contains system data.
For example, translate the add_new
field from Add new
to Tilføj ny
in the Danish localization file.
After uploading the file, the ADD NEW
button in Library is displayed as TILFØJ NY
.
You can use HTML text formatting tags for pop-up and error message texts.
Restrictions
❌ Don't add objects to the localization file. eWizard doesn't recognize them.
❌ Don't edit the existing object names in the localization file. For example, edit only the Advanced filters
value in the advanced_filters
object.
❌ Don't add or remove the
and {}
symbols in the text values.
Auto translate
Business Admin offers automatic translation of the interface strings to multiple languages and view the customized interface on the fly.
To initiate auto translation:

on theINTERFACE LANGUAGES
page or add a new language and then select it.Click the

Once the auto translation is complete, the system notifies you about it. Then, you can proceed to customizing the eWizard interface language.
Please note that automatic translation is machine-generated and may require human validation for accuracy.
To make changes in the resulting file:
DOWNLOAD
the localized JSON file from the language details page.Correct the localized interface strings where needed.
UPLOAD
the updated JSON file back to the system.Repeat the interface customization steps.
Customize interface
To apply the customized interface language, any user of the given eWizard environment can go to their profile and change the current language to the required one. For example, the Library interface localized in Danish:
If you enter the correct ISO 639-1 or ISO 639-3 code for the language, the calendar is also adjusted to the appropriate region.
