Operations & delivery is an all-in-one widget designed for your campaign planning, arranging, and managing the production process of items.

The widget consists of two areas—the top panel and the main area.

[1] The top panel includes the following controls:

Control

Action

Initiate the item creation process

Display entries where you're the owner, responsible person, or production partner

Filter the entries by an item type, owner, brand, or responsible person

Display the selected item details on the right sidebar

[2] The main area displays the list of journeys and item status columns. The recently created journey appears at the top of the list. If the first journey contains items, it is unfolded by default. Items are grouped by the journeys they belong to. Items with the earliest start work date are displayed at the top of the status columns.

You can unfold the required campaign with the button. Unfolded campaigns remain in their state, allowing you to navigate through them easily and streamline access to content items when you refresh the page, view content item details, or switch between widgets.
