View item statuses and collaborate on journey items with your teammates

In the Operations & delivery widget, a reviewer can set the following statuses to items:

Status

Description

Transition

BRIEF

The item is ready for the responsible person to start work on it

BUILD

BUILD

The responsible person is working on the item at the moment

BRIEF, REVIEW

REVIEW

The reviewer identifies changes the item requires

BUILD, TRANSLATION, IN APPROVAL

TRANSLATION

The translation agency localizes the item

REVIEW, BUILD, IN APPROVAL

IN APPROVAL

The reviewer assesses the created item before approving it

BUILD, TRANSLATION, APPROVED

APPROVED

The reviewer has approved the created item

DEPLOY

DEPLOY

The item is deployed to the test environment

TEST

TEST

The responsible person tests the item in the test environment

DEPLOY, PUBLISH

PUBLISH

The responsible person releases the item to the production environment

DONE

DONE

The item is ready for use

Item statuses can be adjusted to your workflow.

You can view statuses:

  • In Planner, on the Details page for items.

  • In the My library and Shared with me spaces on the card of the e-Detailer, email, email fragment, module, landing page, and messenger ad.

  • In Library, on the item Details page.

The entry owner, responsible person, or production partners can:

  • Change item statuses. For this:

    • In the Operations & delivery widget, drag the card to the required status column.

    • On the item Details page, click Change status in more options. Select the required item status in the Change status pop-up that appears and click APPLY.

    • In Editor, select the required status.

Contact your administrator to configure the required workflow and item statuses depending on the item type and its metadata.

  • Assign items to another journey with the Edit details option. In a newly assigned journey, items keep their statuses.

When the content item status changes, the entry owner, responsible person, and production partners receive an email notification with the link to the item Details page.

An item card features the item type icon, name, the user profile picture of the responsible person, and the item developer labels.

When the item deadline approaches, its owner and responsible person receive an email notification with the number of remaining days.

Your administrator sets the number of days before the item deadline for the email notification.

To view the item details, select the required item card. The Details panel opens on the right sidebar.

To return to the Planner home page, click its logo on the top panel.
