In Planner, you can create the following entries:

You can control access to these entries based on the metadata set in user profiles.
Users with respective permissions can create entries and add items from My library. Please contact your administrator for details.
To create a new entry:
1. Click + ADD NEW
on the quick access bar.
Or you can click +
next to the required campaign name in the Campaign planning widget.
2. Select the required entry. Click Create new
for e-Detailers, emails, modules, banners, websites, and messenger ads.
The set of entries depends on the widget and your permissions.
3. Fill in the following metadata fields in the Create new
pop-up:

The fields marked with asterisks (*) are mandatory and highlighted in red until you provide a value.
Campaigns and content items
The Agency assistance
metadata field supports multiple selection for items, and the Brand
field—for campaigns and assignments.
When creating content items (except for non-template-based assignments), you can filter the available templates in the Create new
popup by the Brand
value. To preview the selected template in Viewer, click thebutton on the template card.
The set of metadata fields in the Create new
popup depends on the entry type, selected values, and template. If your user profile contains custom metadata, it determines which fields and values appear when creating entries.
Contact the administrator to configure:
Metadata fields and dependencies between the system metadata values and custom fields.
The
Production Partner
custom metadata field to share content items with users and groups by assigning the responsible person role for collaboration.Automatic template filtering by country system metadata for all content items and by size, orientation, width, and height custom metadata for template-based assignments.
4. Click CREATE

The LOG IN TO/OFF VEEVA VAULT
button is available if Veeva-specific metadata fields are configured in the Create new
and Edit details
pop-ups. Contact your administrator for details.
Your newly created:
Brand plans appear in the
Brand strategy
widget for the entry owner and collaborator.Campaigns appear in the
Campaign planning

widgets and trigger initiatives creation in Jira.e-Detailers, emails, email fragments, modules, websites, messenger ads, and template-based assignments appear:

You can go to the item Details page right after completing its creation. For this, use the OPEN DETAILS
button in the status notification.
To configure the automatic redirection to the Details page after the item creation, contact your administrator.
An email notification with the link to the entry Details page is sent to:
Responsible person and production partners after creating the entry or adding the content item from
My library
.New assignee if the responsible person is changed.
Content item owner and responsible person when the start work date of the content item approaches.
If the responsible person leaves the project, the item owner becomes responsible.
