Limit the list of responsible users you can assign to the content item or checklist task.

In eWizard Planner, you can manage access to content items depending on the assigned metadata and custom metadata set in a user profile. Content item control limits the list of responsible users you can assign to a content item or a checklist task.

The content items control is available on demand. Contact the administrator for details.

eWizard Planner users are assigned to either the Commercial or Medical department. This assignment determines users access to content items presenting products and services not yet approved for general use and promotion by regulatory authorities. In the Create new pop-up, the set of metadata fields and their value lists are available to users as follows:

Select the entry content type—Commercial or Medical.
The content item inherits the value of the campaign it's added to

Available to any Planner user.
A campaign of a particular content type can contain content items of the same content type.
For campaigns, you can change the content type metadata with the Edit details option until they contain content items

Indication approval status

Select the indication approval status of the content item—In-label or Off-label

Available to medical department users.
For commercial department users, the metadata field isn't displayed in the Create new pop-up. Instead, the In-label value is automatically assigned and displayed on the content item Details page. Content items with the Off-label metadata aren't available to commercial department users

Responsible

Select a person to manage or complete the entry.
When creating entries with the + ADD NEW button, the field is automatically filled in with your username. You can change the value

The Responsible field list depends on the selected Content type and includes commercial or medical department users.
You can assign only medical department users as responsible for content items with the Off-label indication approval status.
In Library and Editor, when you apply the Share option, the Users list includes commercial or medical department users, depending on the selected Content type
