On the CHECKLIST
tab, you can add tasks to items, assign users responsible for checklist tasks, set deadlines, and mark tasks as completed.
To create a new task for the checklist:
Click the or
+ ADD
button in theTASKS
area.In the text area that appears, enter the task name and description.
Once the mandatory data is filled in, you can:
Set the task deadline with the button.
Assign the user responsible for the checklist task with the button.
Click
ADD
.
You can view the number of completed and total tasks in the upper-left corner of the CHECKLIST
tab.
The newly added task appears at the end of the list. To change the task order, drag it to the required position in the list.
Hover over the task responsible or deadline labels for more information. You can expand the task description with the button in the bottom-right corner of the task row.
Click in the upper-right corner of the task row to apply the following actions:

The person responsible for the checklist task receives an email notification with links to the assigned task, the item Details page, and the number of days remaining until the task deadline.
To mark the task completed, select the checkbox to the left of the task name. You can restart the task development process by clearing the checkbox.
Once you mark tasks completed, the progress bar advances.
According to your role, you can manage tasks in the following way:

Content items control
When the control feature for content items is activated, you can assign users from either the Commercial or Medical departments responsible for checklist tasks. For this:
Add a new task to the checklist and fill in the mandatory data.
Click the button.
