In Planner, you can create campaigns and items with established dependencies between the entry metadata defined in Planner and the values set in Veeva Vault PromoMats.
To sync the statuses of Veeva Vault PromoMats documents and the related Planner items, contact the administrator.
Assign the required values to metadata fields synced with Veeva Vault PromoMats to publish e-Detailers, emails, email fragments, modules, landing pages, and messenger ads to the target system. For this:
In the Create new pop-up, select the required values in the metadata fields.
Enter your credentials in the pop-up that appears and click
SIGN IN.
You can also sign in to Veeva Vault PromoMats with the LOG IN TO VEEVA VAULT button on the bottom bar of the Create new pop-up.
After these steps, proceed with the entry creation flow.
To configure the set of metadata fields synced with Veeva Vault PromoMats, contact the administrator.
To edit the item details with synced metadata fields, sign in to Veeva Vault PromoMats first.
