In the Campaign planning and Operations & delivery widgets, you can apply filters to sort and focus on the required entries.

To display entries where you're the owner, responsible person, or production partner turn on the Related to me toggle [1]. In the FILTERS pop-up [2], the Owner and Responsible fields are automatically filled in with your username value.

By default, you can view the list of entries for all owners and responsible persons within the This quarter time range. To set a different time range, use the drop-down list in the upper-right corner of the widget.

Click FILTERS to narrow the list of entries by certain criteria available in the pop-up:

  • Agency assistance—the item development agency.

  • Item—e-Detailers, emails, modules, landing pages, messenger ads, and tasks. Once the value is applied, the number of the selected item types is displayed next to the campaign name. Available for Operations & delivery widget.

The set of item types depends on your permissions.

  • Brand—a name used to distinguish a set of different marketing materials.

  • Country—a target area for which items are created.

You can select multiple values for the Agency assistance, Item (for Operations & delivery), Brand, and Country fields. To remove a value, click x next to it.

  • Owner—a person who created the entry.

  • Responsible—a person who develops or manages the entry.

Contact the administrator to configure both the system and custom filter criteria, as well as their order.

To filter the item list by the criteria specified, Click APPLY. When the widget displays a filtered item list, the button indicates this with a red circle in the top right corner. To reset all filters at once, open the filters pop-up and click CLEAR ALL.

Next time you open the Campaign planning widget, the turned-on Related to me toggle, your time range choice, and applied filters remain.

The values applied as filters are added to the widget URL. You can share this link with your colleagues for collaboration. The link leads to the widget with the list of filtered items.

The set of items your collaborators can view depends on their permissions.

Profile metadata filters

In the Campaign planning and Operations & delivery widgets, your entries can also be filtered by custom metadata if it's set in your user profile.

Auto filtering of entries according to the metadata of the user profile is available on demand. Contact the administrator for details.

When the profile metadata is set, all entries are filtered according to it by default.

You can add different filter criteria and apply or reset changes with the respective buttons in the FILTERS pop-up. As a result, the filters on your custom metadata are reset, and entries are filtered according to the specified criteria.

To use the custom set of metadata, click PROFILE DEFAULTS.
