All NaviGate pages comprise a fixed header with filters [1] and the main area with NaviGate entries [2].

[1] The fixed header includes:

  • Main menu to navigate to other eWizard services available in your environment.

  • Global and local metadata filters and their management actions.

  • The Search field that allows you to find NaviGate entries by their names.

  • The Chatbot, Help, and Profile menu buttons to access these functionalities.

  • Informational banners that you can flip through or hide.

[2] The main area includes:

  • Tabs with the categorized NaviGate entries.

  • The Sort by field with a dropdown list of entry sorting criteria.

  • List/grid view switcher to toggle between displaying content in a compact grid layout or a detailed list layout.

By default, NaviGate opens on the TEMPLATES tab as its home page with the entries sorted by name.

On all the tabs but MY LIST and TEMPLATES, you can find the button in the lower-right corner. You can use it to add new entries.

After adding an entry, click its card to view the entry details on the OVERVIEW page.

Here, you can open brands, content packs, and portfolios to view their contents.

On the OVERVIEW page of channels and media, you can:

  • Open the entry in Viewer with the VIEW button.

  • Send a localization request with the ASK FOR LOCALIZATION button. Fill in the required fields in the pop-up that appears.

  • Select the required option from the more options menu.

  • View the related channels on the following tabs:

    • EMAIL FRAGMENTS USED displays email fragments added to the selected email. To unlink the email fragment, go to this tab, hover over the required card, and click . Available for channels converted from Veeva Vault.

    • USED IN EMAILS displays emails that contain the selected email fragment.

    • MODULES USED displays modules added to the selected channel. The modules removed from the storage don't appear on this tab. Available for channels with modules uploaded from NaviGate.

    • USED IN CHANNELS displays the channels that contain the selected module.
