eWizard NaviGate features the following tabs:

  • BRANDS—a set of different marketing materials and channels. The brand works as a tag assigned to each separate channel.

  • CHANNELS—content items (an e-Detailer, an email, a module, and so on) published to NaviGate from eWizard, uploaded from your device or that's automatically published once approved in Veeva Vault PromoMats.

  • CONTENT PACKS—a set of channels and media of one brand grouped together for short-term usage.

  • PORTFOLIOS—a set of brands, channels, and media that can be grouped together.

  • MEDIA—audio and video files, images, and documents you use as building blocks of your channels.

After the content item publication to NaviGate, it also becomes available as a PDF document on the MEDIA tab.

  • TEMPLATES—content item samples available for selection in the Create new pop-up in eWizard by users within your company.

  • MY LIST—a set of frequently used channels, media, and templates added to the list for quick access. This tab is empty by default.

NaviGate entries can be of the following statuses:

  • Live

  • Expired

  • Archived

Brands can be of the Live status only.

When creating a new entry in NaviGate, you have to set its Valid till date in the respective metadata field. This parameter influences the entry statuses.

The Live NaviGate entry is available for use until the date specified in its Valid till field. After this date, the entry becomes Expired, and the owner can archive it to make it invisible to other users. Until it's Archived, the expired NaviGate entry remains visible.

The archived NaviGate entry can be restored by its owner only with the RESTORE button.
