Use the FORM CONTAINER component to design registration forms or support requests in landing pages. After the item deployment, your target users can fill in the required data and submit the user form. As a result, eWizard sends the registration form or support request to the preset address.

To configure the set of available actions and a target address, contact your administrator.

To add FORM CONTAINER to your landing page, drag it from the Components tab on the elements panel to the layout.

By default, the component appears as an empty container for placing the required content. You can customize FORM CONTAINER with the input or data selection components, such as TEXTAREA, DROPDOWN, INPUT, CHECKBOX, and RADIO BUTTON. Add SUBMIT BUTTON to allow users to send the form after completion.

Moreover, you can set FORM CONTAINER styling, properties, and actions, add claims, and adjust settings with the tab controls on the customization panel.

You can edit the whole form container component and every inner component individually.

To customize the form container component:

  1. Select it on the layout.

  2. Go to the Properties tab to set the following:

  • ACTION: Select the Send registration email or Send email to support action.

  • ELEMENT TYPE: Assign the element type to classify the component in Veeva Vault.

  • SHOW MESSAGE: Select the checkbox to show users the success or error message after the form submission. You can preview both messages on the item layout with this checkbox selected.

  • SUCCESS MESSAGE: Enter the success message text and modify it with the WYSIWYG editor. Use the BROWSE button to upload an approved text from Veeva Vault.

  • SUCCESS ICON: Browse for the success message icon in the Assets pop-up.

  • ERROR MESSAGE: Enter the error message text and modify it with the WYSIWYG editor. Use the BROWSE button to upload an approved text from Veeva Vault.

  • ERROR ICON: Browse for the error message icon in the Assets pop-up.

Turn on the Dark background toggle under the text box to improve the visibility of the light-colored text.

3. Save changes.

To modify the inner components of FORM CONTAINER, select the required component on the layout and set its styling, configure properties, add claims and actions.

You can test the user form in the PREVIEW mode. For this, fill in the input fields, select checkboxes and radio buttons.

When the target user opens the deployed landing page, they can complete and submit the form. Further behavior of the form depends on the action assigned in Editor and system configurations.
