In emails, you can only add a link to the required video. This is not the limitation of the eWizard platform but is predefined by the email client requirements.

Also, for rep-triggered emails, you can add the {{$VaultDocID}} token to redirect the email recipient to the video preview in Veeva Vault.

Besides, you can set and customize the video alternative text, poster, and play button.
