In e-Detailers, new <a href="https://help.ewizard.io/en/articles/6807364-ewizard-up-editor-components-overview">components</a> are placed on the bottom slide layer. You can view a complete list of components on the <a href="https://help.ewizard.io/en/articles/6807327-ewizard-up-editor-tree">Tree</a> tab in Editor. 

To bring the newly added component forward, go to the <code>Tree</code> tab in e-Detailer Editor and drag the required component higher in the list.
