To streamline workflows and promote teamwork, you can make the required NaviGate entries available for your colleagues and assign certain permissions to your collaborators. You can do this on the CHANNELS, MEDIA, TEMPLATES, and MY LIST NaviGate tabs.
To share an entry:
1. Unfold its more options.
2. Select Assign users
.
3. Enter the user's email or user group name in the Assign users
pop-up that appears.
4. Click SAVE
.
Each collaborator can find their permissions set for the shared item in its more options.
By default, assigned users have a full set of permissions to the shared entry. To customize the list, please ask your administrator.
Shared templates
You can assign the user/user group to the channels added to templates. As a result, your collaborators can use these shared templates to create their new items in eWizard.
In the Assign users
pop-up, you can also manage the users and user groups assigned to the entry:
1. Unfold more options of the required entry.
2. Select the Assign users
option.
3. Click in the Assign users
pop-up that appears.
A number in brackets indicates the number of collaborators assigned to the entry.
4. Find the list of assigned collaborators. Click X
next to the required user/user group to remove them from the entry collaborators.
5. Click SAVE
.
As a result, the entry is no longer available for the removed collaborators.
