NaviGate entry more options | Viseven Help Center

Depending on the NaviGate entry status and ownership, its more options menu can cover different functionality. The NaviGate entry owner has the fullest option list for Live entries.

To open the entry more options, select its card and click the following button.

Here is a complete list of the entry more options in NaviGate:

Option	Action	Notes
`Copy to My library`	Add the channel to My library as an eWizard item	For the live channels added to templates, except for briefs, you can set the required metadata in the Create new pop-up
`Make a copy`	Before making a copy, you can specify the required metadata for the copied channel/media	The copy is available next to the original
`Publish`	Send the channel to the target system or your company's public storage through its publication	Available for the email and email fragment channels
`Ask for update`	Send an update request to the channel/media owner	This action requires confirmation
`Details`	View the channel/media details, versions, and options	To update the entry information, click `EDIT DETAILS`
`Upload new version`	Upload a ZIP archive in the eWizard-compatible format or a media file from your device to update the channel / media	The version middle digit increases
`Add to templates` / `Remove from templates`	Add the channel to templates / remove it from templates	The added template appears on the TEMPLATES tab and also in the Create new pop-up in eWizard
`Add to My list` / `Remove from My list`	Add the channel/media to favorites / remove them from favorites	The selected channel/media appears on the MY LIST tab
`Add to Content Pack`	Add the channel/media to the selected content pack	You can add the same channel/media to more than one content pack
`Add to Portfolio`	Add the channel/media to the selected portfolio	You can add the same channel/media to more than one portfolio
`Archive`	Deactivate the NaviGate channel/media	The entry remains in NaviGate but is removed from templates. Its status changes to `Archived`. To activate the entry, click `RESTORE` on the `OVERVIEW` page
`Delete`	Remove the channel/media	This action requires confirmation
`Export`	Export the channel for the required CLM, as a document or application	The export options depend on the channel type you're exporting
`Assign users`	Share the channel/media with your colleagues	To view the entry collaborators, click in the `Assign users` pop-up
`Manage external materials`	Link the NaviGate channel with the Veeva Vault document / unlink the attached material	Not available for the messenger ad channel
