The publishing process involves the integration of eWizard with other CRM systems, CLM applications, and mailout software. In terms of eWizard Publisher, they refer to target systems. Within this integration, it is essential to establish the dependencies between the item metadata defined in eWizard and the values set in the target system.
Therefore, to complete a publication and perform correct metadata mapping, you must assign the required values to the item you publish to the target system. You can do this on the publication Details step after you perform common steps.
Properly assigned metadata ensures the item appears in the desired location keeping all key functionalities. Also, you and your collaborators can find or filter this item in the target system by its metadata.
