Publish your items to SFDC

To publish your item to Salesforce.com (SFDC):

1. Select SFDC as the target system and click NEXT.

2. Select the Salesforce environment and click SIGN IN.

3. Log in to your Salesforce account in the pop-up that appears.

The preparation page opens.

4. Select NEW to publish the item for the first time or UPDATE to renew the existing one. Click NEXT.

5. Fill in mandatory metadata fields, and click NEXT.

Depending on the item type you're publishing, the metadata fields differ.

e-Detailers

To add the e-Detailer to the Salesforce marketing campaign, select the Active checkbox on the Details step. If you need to update the e-Detailer that's already active within the Salesforce campaign, clear the Active checkbox. As a result, the updated e-Detailer remains within the same campaign, but its status becomes inactive.

6. Check the publication summary and click PUBLISH.

Once the publishing is complete:

  • Click DONE to go to Publish manager.

  • Click the link to go to Salesforce.com (for successful publication).

Landing pages

In eWizard, you can add assets of up to 2 GB each to your landing page, but we recommend sticking to the suggested sizes. SFDC supports 2 GB files. Upon republishing, all previously published files are automatically deleted from the target system.
