You can send eWizard items to NaviGate for storage, management, and sharing within your company.

To publish an item to NaviGate:

  1. Select eWizard NaviGate on the target system selection page and click NEXT.

  2. On the preparation page, click NEXT.

Here, you can also switch on the following toggles:

    • Highlight modules to single out NaviGate modules, their statuses, and changes applied to them in the resulting PDF file.

    • Include mobile view to publish the item in both desktop and mobile views. By default, the resulting PDF file contains the desktop view.

Contact your administrator to configure the module highlighting settings and the default mobile view resolution.

3. Fill in the metadata fields and click NEXT.

When you set the value for one metadata field, this value determines the list of metadata options for other related fields.

To upload the item cover image from your device, click BROWSE. Follow the image requirements:

  • Maximum size: 2 MB

  • Maximum thumbnail size: 0.5 MB

  • Formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG

When republishing the item to NaviGate, the metadata fields are automatically populated with the values from the previous publication.

4. Check the item publication summary and click PUBLISH.

Once the publication is complete:

• Click DONE to go to Publish manager.

• Click Show in NaviGate to open the channel details page in NaviGate (for successful publication).

Your published content item appears in NaviGate CHANNELS and becomes available as a PDF document in MEDIA.

When you publish the item with modules uploaded from NaviGate or the converted email with email fragments, all added modules and fragments are linked to the resulting NaviGate channel. After publication, you can find them on the OVERVIEW and Details pages.
