The Compliance validation agent automatically groups text fragments to ensure that the full text is validated as a complete message rather than as separate pieces. This prevents misleading validation results and ensures that validation scores accurately reflect the actual content. The agent performs grouping based on your knowledge base documents.
If the MLR Acceleration agent identifies a grouped text as a statement, it's validated according to the configured global rules. Otherwise, the agent analyzes the text only for grammar, style, and clarity.
Grouping rules
The following rules define whether text elements must be grouped for validation.
Grouped for validation:
Related text fragments within the same slide, page, or banner, restricted to a single block, module, or popup within it.
Websites and landing page briefs
Fragments from different blocks are grouped only if they appear on the same website page.
Links, numbers, symbols, and dates with their related text.
Semantically related parts of a sentence or paragraph written in different languages.
Not grouped for validation:
Parts of different sentences or duplicate sentences.
Headings or subtitles related to different paragraphs.
Text components from separate numbered items.
Items or cells within the agenda, card list, list, checkboxes, and table components.
Contact the administrator to configure the grouping of claims and merge tags in the related text.
You can view and manage the results of grouped text fragments validation on the RESULTS panel in Viewer.
Collapsed asset cards appear below the result card of the grouped text component. Click to expand them. Each card contains a single text fragment.
On the content item layout, validation icons are displayed above the first text fragment in the group.
On the MLR Acceleration tab in Editor, the agent provides suggestions for grouped text fragments.
Accepting a suggestion replaces grouped text fragments with a single text. The style and formatting of the first fragment in the group are applied to the single text on the content item layout. You can manually customize the result if needed.
