Using MLR Acceleration
allows you to streamline the content development workflow, reduce manual effort on the content check, speed up the approval process, and minimize the risk of compliance errors. This refined content validation approach empowers you to concentrate on creating high-quality, MLR-ready materials, ultimately improving your efficiency and accelerating time to market for your content items.
You can initiate MLR Acceleration in eWizard from several services:
Library flow
When you have several production-ready content items, launch MLR Acceleration from Library to understand the likelihood of their MLR approval. For this:
Unfold the more options menu of the required content item.
Select
MLR Acceleration
➝Validate
.If market-specific validation is configured in your eWizard environment, you're then invited to set a target market.
The same flow is available from the more options menu of the item Details page.
3. Log in to your Veeva Vault account.
The MLR Acceleration engine starts content validation based on certain criteria.
Once validation is complete, the content item card and side panel in Library display the MLR acceleration score, indicating the probability of MLR approval. You can also view the MLR acceleration score on the Details page of the validated content item.
Viewer flow
When viewing the content item, you can check the likelihood of successful MLR approval and manage the validation results directly in Viewer. For this:
Click
next to the service name.
The
MLR ACCELERATION
panel unfolds.Click
to start content validation. If available, you can also refine the validation by setting a target market.
If you launch the validation for an outdated content item version, the MLR Acceleration engine prompts you to open and validate the latest version.
Once the MLR Acceleration engine finishes content processing, the validation results appear on the panel.
Editor flow
You can launch MLR Acceleration when you edit your content item. For this:
Go to the
MLR Acceleration
tab in Editor.Click
to start content validation. If available, you can also refine the validation by setting a target market.
