After the content validation, you can view and manage its results on the RESULTS panel in Viewer or on the MLR Acceleration tab in Editor.
You can also select MLR Acceleration ➝ Open MLR Acceleration from the more options menu of the validated content item in Library or on the Details page to view the validation results in Viewer.
Validation results are available to users with proper permissions configured. Contact your administrator for details.
e-Detailers, e-Detailer briefs, and multipage sites
Validation results are displayed separately for each slide or page. Navigate to the required one:
Viewer opens in a new browser tab with all the results grouped by validated components on the unfolded panel.
Please mind that the validation result management is illustrated for Viewer, but the same flow applies to Editor as well.
To view the issue details and suggestions from the MLR Acceleration engine, if any, select the validated component on the panel. On the content item layout, this component becomes highlighted with a solid outline. Alternatively, you can select any validated component on the layout—the card with its detailed validation result becomes highlighted on the panel.
Text components placed in popups aren't displayed on the content item layout.
On RESULTS, you can do the following:
View the overall MLR acceleration score.
Manage label display on the content item layout.
Open the Filter results, Set target market, and MLR Acceleration
Disclaimerpopups with the more options menu.Collapse validation results of a chapter/slide in e-Detailers or a page in multipage sites with the
button.Discard the validation issue and hide it from the content item developer if it meets the requirements. To do this, deselect the issue on the result card to skip it.
The checkboxes of all validation issues are selected by default.
When you clear any checkbox in the validation results, the MLR Acceleration score is automatically recalculated.
Revalidate the content item with the
button. Within revalidation:Discarded issues are skipped.
Edited components are validated again.
Each modification of a content item requires its revalidation.
Suggestions
In eWizard Editor, the MLR Acceleration agent provides suggestions for text and image components of your content item with validation issues. These suggestions include alternative assets from Veeva Vault PromoMats to streamline corrections and ensure all content meets the required standards before MLR submission.
Contact your administrator to configure suggestions for noncompliant components.
The MLR Acceleration agent requires integration with Veeva Vault and a claims library available in Vault DAM. Ensure your ecosystem meets these requirements before using the agent to receive suggestions.

View image asset status and name by hovering over the

button, the previous suggestions are replaced. To display them again, revalidate the content item.Apply a suggestion to a component. To do this, select a suggestion and click
APPLY.
The MLR Acceleration agent recommends the most semantically relevant assets that comply with all configured validation rules, restricted to the languages of content stored in Veeva Vault DAM.

Applying a suggested variant automatically revalidates the component and recalculates the validation score.
References in applied suggestions are not added to the text. After revalidating the content, deselect the
No referencesissue on its component result card.If formatting issues occur after applying a text suggestion, adjust them manually.

Validation rules for checking component compliance.
Asset statuses in the DAM system that the MLR Acceleration agent uses when suggesting alternatives.
Suggestions for text components, image components, or both.
Number of options displayed in the
SUGGESTEDsection forVerification,Approval, andReferencesvalidation issues.
Filtering
Once the content validation is complete, all the results are displayed unfiltered. MLR Acceleration provides you with the tools to customize your view and focus on specific issue types of your priority.
To filter the validation results:
Click the more options button next to the validation score.
In the unfolded menu, select
Filter results.The popup with filters appears.
By default, all the checkboxes are selected, and the result ordering is set to
Asset display order.
4. To hide certain validation results, clear their checkboxes under the filter criteria in the popup.
5. Click SAVE to apply your filters and go to the customized result view.
Filtering validation results streamlines your processing of the issues detected, making it more manageable and efficient.
Additional scenarios
Validation with errors
When the MLR Acceleration engine fails to execute some validation rules, content validation passes but with some errors. You can view a list of not-executed rules on the results panel both in Editor and Viewer.
To view the overall validation score and results on the executed rules, click SHOW RESULTS.
Failed validation
In case content validation fails, eWizard notifies you about it and invites to validate your content item again.
