eVa AI streamlines interactive email creation—from collecting key details and selecting a suitable template to filling it with relevant texts and images—delivering a ready-to-edit and preview interactive email. Each email is generated from a mandatory outline to maintain a consistent structure. The outline can be created on your request or automatically in the background.
eVa AI also supports persona-driven content generation, tailoring emails for a target audience to enhance message relevance, align communication with specific goals, and reduce manual effort for content customization.

To create an interactive email with the eVa AI agent:
On your eWizard homepage or in Library, click
in the upper-right corner.In the eVa AI conversational hub, which opens in a new tab, enter your prompt (up to 10,000 characters) in the input field.
To generate a persona-tailored interactive email, specify a target audience in the prompt.
Request eVa AI to provide templates for your interactive email.
The Content generation agent then shows the available email templates that support AI-powered content generation.
Contact your administrator to configure the availability of templates for interactive email generation.
Click a template. You can select only one template at a time. Then request eVa AI to generate the interactive email using it.
The Content generation agent processes the template and generates a ready-to-view and edit interactive email.
The outline and predesigned template structure determine the layout blocks of the generated email. The agent populates the default template using content from the outline, along with images selected in the chat or added through the Assets popup. If a block structure requires additional images, the Content generation agent retrieves them from your knowledge base.
Based on the generated content, the agent uses existing blocks from the DEFAULT tab or creates new ones dynamically when suitable blocks aren't available. Newly created blocks are modeled on the structure and styling of existing ones to ensure visual consistency.
Contact your administrator to configure the dynamic creation of new blocks.
The Content generation agent can also suggest headings for text blocks to ensure a clear email structure.
If the email is generated with an outline created in the background, click All sources below the summary card to view references used from the client-specific knowledge base.
You can manage the AI-suggested email in the following ways:
Open the email in Editor with the
button.The email is stored in the Deleted space of your Library. Once you open it in Editor, it automatically moves to the My library space. You can change the email metadata with the Edit details option.
Open the suggested interactive email in Viewer with the
button.
Contact your administrator to configure the availability of the
button.
Assets suggested by the Content generation agent within requests aren't automatically included in the generated interactive email. The email contains only the assets you select or upload in the chat and include in your request. To add them manually, open the AI-suggested email in Editor and paste required assets from either the eVa AI conversational hub or the eVa AI chat.
Contact your administrator to do the following:
Configure filtering by client-specific metadata values and display of prioritized reference documents from the knowledge base.
Update the template if the generated email doesn't include references to source documents.
