The eVa AI hub is the centralized interface that powers the eWizard virtual assistant. It integrates AI-driven tools and services for content creation. The hub also serves as the control center for interacting with the agent—eVa AI—and accessing AI-generated content variants.

Within the eVa AI hub, you can:

  • Chat with eVa AI for help or suggestions.

  • Use the AI agent to improve content quality or ensure compliance.

  • Preview AI-generated images.

  • Copy AI-generated texts and download images for immediate use.

To access the eVa AI hub, click on the Dashboard homepage or in Library. The AI agent workspace opens in a new tab.

After signing in to eWizard for the first time, the hub opens with the main eVa AI area. It features a streamlined, user-friendly interface designed to help you interact with the AI agent.

Here, you can:

Activate the Help chat to browse product documentation articles or get qualified assistance from eWizard Support.

Open the Help menu with the embedded links to the Knowledge base and Service desk available on your eWizard environment. Your affiliate predetermines the Help menu list. By default, you can find the User guide, eWizard.js guide, Legal papers, and Service desk links in the Help menu.

Unfold your profile menu to view and manage your user data.

  • In the prompt field, enter a request for eVa AI to process.

After making a request, the chats panel appears on the left.

Here, you can do the following:

  • Start a new chat without previous context using the button [1] or the eVa AI logo.

  • Search [2] for a chat using keywords from its name.

  • View your chat history [3], organized into the following sections: TODAY, YESTERDAY, PREVIOUS 7 DAYS, and PREVIOUS 30 DAYS. The most recent conversations appear first. Each contains your requests and eVa AI responses.

  • Manage chats using the Rename and Delete options in the more menu [4].

To collapse the chats panel, click in the bottom-left corner.
