You can copy any text response from eVa AI with the
button below the text card. Then, paste it into a text-based component in eWizard Editor to adjust the style and properties of the pasted text.
Identify the source of suggested texts as follows:
Text assets from Veeva Vault are labeled
DAM.The text card displays a non-clickable claim number, which you can copy to search for the source text asset in Veeva Vault.
AI-generated texts have no label.
Texts based on knowledge base data.
To view the list of references for the suggested text, click
All sourcesbelow the text card. In the list that opens, click
next to a source document name to open its preview in the eVa AI interface.If a source document format isn't supported for preview in eVa AI, the file is automatically downloaded to your device when you click the
button.
In Editor, clicking the
button within the eVa AI chat opens the source document in a new browser tab.
As a result, the document preview is opened in the right sidebar. Here, you can do the following:
Open the document in a new browser tab with the
button.Scale the document preview with the
-and+buttons.Navigate between the document pages with the arrow buttons.
Close the document preview with the
xbutton.References are automatically included in the interactive email generated by eVa AI. They appear in the
Referencesblock, which displays the source document names (non-clickable), their file formats, and superscript numbers linked to the matching references. You can also manually edit, add, or remove references in Editor as needed.
βIf the selected email template doesn't include a
Referencesblock, you can manually add the REFERENCES component to the generated interactive email in Editor. Once added, you can view and manage both the references and suggested texts retrieved from the knowledge base.
