eVa AI suggests existing claims from your knowledge base or generates required texts using assets stored there. You can copy AI-suggested texts for reuse, select for further prompting, apply directly to your content layout within the eVa AI chat, and trace their source documents. When generating an interactive email outline, eVa AI automatically inserts selected texts and claims into the most relevant outline sections while preserving their original wording. This ensures content accuracy, maintains regulatory compliance, and streamlines your workflow.
Contact the administrator to configure text search priority for required document types in the knowledge base.
Identify the source of the suggested texts as follows:
AI-generated texts have no label.
Texts from the knowledge base are labeled
DAM.You can verify text suggestions from your knowledge base with direct links to source documents in Veeva Vault PromoMats. Depending on your request and available sources, links appear in the text card as:
Claim number—a direct link to the claim in Veeva Vault PromoMats.
Source document name—a direct link to the exact page of the source
document in Veeva Vault PromoMats, with the relevant anchor highlighted.
Contact your administrator to configure support for direct source links for claims and anchors in eVa AI response cards.
You can manage AI-suggested texts as follows:
Copy any text response suggested by the Content generation agent. To do this, click the
button below the text card, then paste it into a text-based component in eWizard Editor, where you can adjust the text style and properties.
Request eVa AI to modify text by selecting the required text card and entering a prompt.
The selected text appears as a thumbnail in the prompt field. Click the
xbutton on the thumbnail to remove it.View the list of references for a suggested text by clicking
All sourcesbelow the response card. In the opened list, clicknext to a source document name to preview it in a new browser tab in Veeva Vault PromoMats.
Contact the administrator to configure document preview to open in the right sidebar of the eVa AI chat, where you can do the following:
Open the document in a new browser tab with the
button.
Scale the document preview with the
-and+buttons.Navigate between the document pages with the arrow buttons.
Close the document preview with the
xbutton.
If a source document format isn't supported for preview in eVa AI, the file is automatically downloaded to your device when you click the button.
In this scenario, clicking the button within the eVa AI chat in Editor opens the source document in a new browser tab.
References are automatically included in the interactive email generated by eVa AI. They appear in the References block, which displays the source document names (non-clickable), their file formats, and superscript numbers linked to the matching references. You can also manually edit, add, or remove references in Editor as needed.
If the selected email template doesn't include a References block, you can manually add the REFERENCES component to the generated interactive email in Editor. Once added, you can view and manage both the references and suggested texts retrieved from the knowledge base.
