As a content authoring solution, eWizard is where content achieves its final state that can be delivered to end users.​

In eWizard, you can:

  • Seamlessly interact with existing content modules from Veeva Vault PromoMats or create new ones from scratch.

  • Build content modules by reusing existing claims and images from Veeva Vault PromoMats, adding inline text and pulling assets from eWizard Library.

  • Localize or update existing modules, ensuring consistency across regions and versions.

When publishing content modules from eWizard to Veeva Vault PromoMats, the system automatically creates new Content Module object, Approval Document, claims/reusable texts, and adds business rules for streamlined management.

After that, you can reuse content modules from Veeva Vault PromoMats across various content items in eWizard Editor while maintaining their functionality. You have the choice between applying the content module to a specific layout or reusing it with its existing layout for more efficient content production.
