Using MLR Acceleration allows you to streamline the content development workflow, reduce manual effort on the content check, speed up the approval process, and minimize the risk of compliance errors. This refined content validation approach empowers you to concentrate on creating high-quality, MLR-ready materials, ultimately improving your efficiency and accelerating time to market for your content items.

You can initiate MLR Acceleration in eWizard from several services:

  • Library—to run content validation in the background and get the MLR Acceleration score without details of the results.

  • Viewer—to validate content and manage the results during the content item viewing.

  • Editor—to validate content and manage the results during the content item customization.

Library flow

When you have several production-ready content items, launch MLR Acceleration from Library to understand the likelihood of their MLR approval. For this:

  1. Unfold the more options menu of the required content item.

  2. Select MLR AccelerationValidate.

The same flow is available from the more options menu of the item Details page.

3. Log in to your Veeva Vault account.

The MLR Acceleration engine starts content validation based on certain criteria.

Once validation is complete, the content item card and side panel in Library display the MLR acceleration score, indicating the probability of MLR approval. You can also view the MLR acceleration score on the Details page of the validated content item.

Viewer flow

When viewing the content item, you can check the likelihood of successful MLR approval and manage the validation results directly in Viewer. For this:

  1. Click next to the service name.

  2. The MLR ACCELERATION panel unfolds.

  3. Click to start content validation.

If you launch the validation for an outdated content item version, the MLR Acceleration engine prompts you to open and validate the latest version.

Once the MLR Acceleration engine finishes content processing, the validation results appear on the panel.

Editor flow

You can launch MLR Acceleration when you edit your content item. For this:

  1. Go to the MLR Acceleration tab in Editor.

  2. Click to start content validation.

Once the MLR Acceleration engine finishes content processing, the validation results appear on the MLR Acceleration tab.
