eWizard allows you to create MP4 video files with digital presenters that voice your script and customize the AI-avatar video with a large set of editing options available to match your requirements. With over 75 translation options available, you can create a video in any language from the list and serve it to a global audience.

When creating an AI-avatar video, you can add as many slides as you need to your presentation. All slides are fully customizable—you can crop, animate them, and include some transitions. The AI-avatar video editor in eWizard offers a wide selection of voices to apply for the chosen avatar either on separate slides or throughout the presentation.

Once you have a production-ready AI-avatar video, you can render it to MP4 with or without subtitles and download the resulting video file to your device. The prepared AI-avatar video becomes available for its target usage and reuse in different eWizard item types with the video component. The statistic data on the user activity with AI-avatar video is recorded to the eWizard Analytics report.

Contact eWizard Support to customize the AI-avatar video report and configure the role-permission access model to the report within your company.

Having created the template-based or converted from PPTX AI-avatar video, you can proceed to its editing in the eWizard AI-avatar video editor.

To ensure your texts display correctly in the AI-avatar video after conversion, use fonts supported by the video editor in the source PPTX file.

To initiate AI-avatar video editing, click on its card in Library.

Configuration

Notes

Select one of the studio avatars available in the AI-avatar video editor and position it anywhere on the slide. You can change the avatar size, set its background, and configure its layering. You can also add two avatars to the slide to create dialog-based learning videos.

Apply the same avatar on all the presentation slides or set different avatars for each slide.

Customize the text lines you have on the slide with the options available

You can reposition the text box on the slide, copy and delete it, set its layering, and activate custom animation.

Add images, videos, stickers, GIFs, animations from Lottiefiles, and shapes to your slides. Configure slide elements with options available in the AI-avatar video editor for each element type and customize the slide background.

Upload media and add it to your presentation slide

You can then customize the added media as one of the elements on the slide.

Create your screen recording and add the resulting recording to the AI-avatar video you're editing

Apply animation effects on slide enter and/or exit

The animation applies to the whole slide, not its separate elements.

Add music to the AI-avatar video you're editing

You can apply a track from the stock music available by default or upload a custom audio file in the MP3, WAV, OGG, AAC, or M4A format.

Use one of the predesigned templates for the AI-avatar video you're editing. You can select the required template from the My templates or All collections.

The AI-avatar video editor supports applying different templates to separate slides within one presentation.

Add comments to separate video slides and anchor them or comment on the whole AI-avatar video. You can resolve, edit, and delete your comments with the controls available on this tab.

[5] The speech text section where you can add text for the avatar to voice over during the presentation and customize it to match your requirements.

Be sure to add speech text relevant to the slide you're editing.

Besides the text input field, the speech text section allows you to perform the following actions:

Control

Action

Notes

View the speech text duration for the selected slide

Upload an audio file with speech text in the MP3, WAV, OGG, AAC, or M4A format.

The audio file must be no longer than a minute and contain clear speech without music

Set the slide duration in seconds for slides with no speech text and no avatar

Set the required avatar language and listen to voice samples available in the selected language. Click Apply voice to use it for the slide you're editing or Apply to all to use the selected voice for the whole video.

Currently, the AI-avatar video editor supports 78 languages for avatars. You can use tags to find the required voice.

Compile a dictionary of phonemes to use in all your videos across the eWizard environments your company has. You can listen to the phoneme pronunciation to ensure the correct word sound and remove unnecessary phonemes when needed.

The phonemes you create are available for you only and not available for other users

Add a pause after the avatar speech voice-over.

You can add several pauses if needed

Add special marks to make objects appear and disappear when the avatar says specific words

Rendering

Once the AI-avatar video meets all your requirements, click the Render button in the upper-right corner of the AI-avatar video editor. In the pop-up that appears, review the video details and click Start render to launch the process.

If at least one presentation slide contains no speech text, the AI-avatar video editor notifies you about it, and the video rendering doesn't start.

If all presentation slides include the speech text, a video validation message appears, followed by a notification with the expected rendering time.

Any edits made during the video rendering aren't saved.

Video rendering runs in the background–no need to wait in the AI-avatar video editor for it to finish. When the video is ready, you can find it in My library, and its download link—in the notification message sent to your email.

To download the resulting video for its target use:

  • in My library, unfold its more options and select the Download source option.

  • in the email notification, follow the download link provided.
