The conversion of a Veeva Vault document fails in NaviGate

With NaviGate Converter, you can convert Veeva Vault email fragments and emails, including their related email fragments, into the eWizard-compatible format and then manage the converted channels in NaviGate.

If NaviGate Converter fails to convert your Veeva Vault document, check your inbox for the email with the conversion failure reasons. One of them can be the unsupported merge tags in the Veeva Vault document. You can replace these merge tags with valid values or remove them from the document.
