My tasks in NaviGate

Manage content items and media assigned to you for review and approval.

The MY TASKS tab displays all channels and media assigned to you as a responsible or backup user in the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) workflow. It provides the details and status of each channel and media, giving direct access for review and approval. This streamlines tracking, supports meeting deadlines, and centralizes tasks in a single interface to ensure efficient collaboration and accountability throughout the MLR process.

You can also view details of assigned channels and media on the My tasks in NaviGate widget within Dashboard—the homepage of the eWizard platform.

The MY TASKS tab is available on demand for users with respective permissions. Contact your administrator for details.

A task appears on the tab for responsible and backup users once the MLR workflow is started for a channel or media. In the table, tasks are sorted with the most recently assigned shown first.

Once a channel or media is rejected in the current workflow status, the task is removed from the tab for responsible and backup users, and is reassigned to the user who initiated the MLR approval process.

In the table with task records, you can:

  • Filter the tasks.

  • Sort the tasks by Item name, Current status, or Date modified in ascending or descending order. By default, the table is sorted by Date modified in descending order.

  • Click a channel or media name in the task list to open its Details page.

  • Select the number of records to display per page.

  • Use the arrows at the bottom-right corner of the table for page navigation.
