eVa AI in Editor can suggest content modules from Veeva Vault based on the selected block or your prompt. It interprets the block context and prompt meaning, then compares them with module content in a database that eWizard builds from content modules stored in your Veeva Vault digital asset management system. Content module selection is based on metadata, approval status, context, and the entered prompt.
Users with proper permissions can use eVa AI in Editor to search for content modules. Contact the administrator for details.
To suggest content module options:
Open your content item in Editor.
Click the
eVa AIbutton on the quick access toolbar.Select a block on the content item layout. eVa AI immediately starts searching for appropriate content modules.
Alternatively, you can select a block and click the
eVa AIbutton.
To improve search accuracy, select a block and enter your request in the eVa AI sidebar prompt field. Then, click the SUGGEST button or hit Enter on your keyboard. eVa AI processes the request and the block content.
When you select an empty block placeholder on the content item layout, enter a prompt for eVa AI to suggest content modules.
As a result, the content modules eVa AI in Editor retrieves for the selected block appear in the SUGGESTED OPTIONS section. A source label is displayed in the lower-left corner of each suggested option.
If none of the AI-suggested options match your requirements, update or enter a new prompt for eVa AI to suggest other content modules for the selected block.
In the eVa AI sidebar in Editor, you can manage the suggested options in the following way:
Hide the source labels for the options in the
SUGGESTED OPTIONSsection with
[1].Add a disclaimer to the bottom of your content item layout by selecting the
Label AI contentcheckbox [2].
To apply a retrieved content module to the block, select it in the SUGGESTED OPTIONS section.
The preview of content modules in the SUGGESTED OPTIONS section may differ from the version applied to the block. This happens because assets from the content module are pulled into the block without preserving the structure of the source content module.
If the Veeva Vault content module and the layout block have different structures, only assets matching the block element types are applied.
If a content module contains several assets of the same element type, those appearing first in its structure are applied to matching components of the content item block on the layout.
In eWizard Editor, you can adjust the style of the applied content module, manage components on the layout, edit text and image properties, and regenerate content as needed.
If you customized an applied content module and then replaced it with another suggestion, use the Undo control on the quick access toolbar to restore your changes.
eVa AI in Editor can suggest content modules for several blocks on the layout. Content modules retrieved for a block remain available for 15 minutes in the same editing session, after which the suggestions are no longer available. To view them again, open the eVa AI sidebar and reselect the block. If the block already has an applied content module, reselecting it launches a new search.
