eVa AI requires Veeva integration to function properly. Ensure your ecosystem is integrated with Veeva before using eVa AI.
The eWizard virtual agent, powered by artificial intelligence—eVa AI—helps accelerate content creation for image and text-based components in eWizard Editor. It can generate content using materials from digital asset systems or repositories, AI-powered suggestions, or a combination of both. Integrated into the Assets popup, AI agent searches for approved text and image assets stored in Veeva Vault PromoMats. Additionally, it creates complete content-filled layout variations for emails and email briefs.
With the eVa AI agent, you can:

Prerequisites
To make eVa AI available in Editor and ensure it correctly suggests assets, content modules, and ready-to-use email layouts, the following prerequisites must be met:
Integrate your ecosystem with Veeva Vault before using eVa AI.
In Veeva Vault, verify:
A library of required images, claims, and content modules is available.
Metadata is assigned as follows:
Text element type—to text assets.
Component type—to image assets. The
Component Typemetadata field must be of object type.
This metadata defines how element types in eWizard Editor are mapped. Based on this mapping, the system arranges assets from a Veeva Vault content module into a block and applies them to their respective components on the content item layout in eWizard Editor.
Product—to assets and content modules.
Content modules are in the statuses specified in the
eVa AIsettings by the administrator.All content module assets share the same status.
To suggest email layouts in eWizard, verify that the following are set in the
