The feature is available on demand and currently supports the Veeva Vault digital asset management (DAM) system. eVa AI settings for text and image search in the Assets popup, including the number of results displayed, follow the same configuration used for AI-powered component generation. Contact the administrator for details.
eVa AI searches text and image assets in the DAM system or repository and provides more accurate results than standard filtering. It interprets the meaning of your query and compares it with asset content stored in the database that eWizard builds from your DAM/repository data. Assets are selected based on their metadata, approval status, component context, or the entered query.
With eVa AI in the Assets popup, you can:
Streamline content search. Find the assets you need without manually adjusting filters. eVa AI understands the context of the selected component or your query and displays the most relevant results.
Enhance discoverability. Locate assets even when metadata or contextual tags are incomplete or inconsistent, ensuring greater flexibility in search results.
Work with approved materials. Find approved assets to avoid duplication and maintain regulatory compliance.
Use natural language. Enter plain-text queries and receive smart, context-aware recommendations.
Go to the
VEEVA VAULTtab in theAssetspopup to search for:Texts for text-based components in all content types except portfolio e-Detailers.
Images for emails, email briefs, email fragments, e-Detailers, and e-Detailer briefs.
To apply eVa AI for text and image assets search within the Assets popup:
Select the component on the content item layout.
When you add or select an empty component placeholder on the content item layout, eVa AI recommends assets based on default metadata and contextual tags.
2. Go to the Properties tab and click BROWSE.
3. In the Assets popup that appears, select the VEEVA VAULT tab.
4. Log in to Veeva Vault PromoMats, if required.
eVa AI searches for assets based on the selected component context and any prefilled metadata filters. Results appear in the AI RECOMMENDED section.
5. Select the asset in the popup.
6. Click ADD.
The asset appears in the selected component on the content item layout.
To streamline the assets search and filtering:
Use metadata filters:
In the
FILTERSsection [1]—to search assets in Veeva Vault PromoMats. Results appear in theFILESsection [7].In the
eVa AIsection [6]—to search assets in the DAM/repository database on the eWizard side. Results appear in theAI RECOMMENDEDsection [5].
Changing the values in filter fields within any section updates the results of the corresponding section.
Contact the administrator to customize metadata field lists in filter sets and configure their prefill values.
Reset all filters with
CLEAR ALL[2].Search for assets by name or keyword [3].
If you use keywords, eVa AI ignores the selected component context when searching for assets. Results appear in both the
AI RECOMMENDEDandFILESsections.Launch the asset preview in Veeva Vault PromoMats with
on their cards.
View the asset metadata on the
DETAILSpanel [4].
