With eVa AI, you can generate ready-to-use layouts populated with content for emails and email briefs.
Contact the administrator to do the following:
Get templates for using eVa AI in eWizard Editor to generate layout options.
Configure text and image generation using content from digital asset systems/repositories, AI-generated content, or a combination of both.
To generate the email layout:
eVa AI generates layout options using content stored in your digital asset system or repository. Content is selected according to its metadata and approval status.
The process starts by identifying texts that match your prompt. Then, images are selected to complement each text. After that, layout options are generated using the default blocks available in your template. These blocks are filled with AI-generated texts and images. Each suggested layout option is a unique composition of default blocks.
Contact the administrator to configure the following:
The number of layout variants displayed in the
SUGGESTED OPTIONSsection.The required asset statuses in the digital asset system.
As a result, AI-generated layout options for the email appear in the SUGGESTED OPTIONS section of the eVa AI sidebar.
Click different suggestions in the sidebar to preview how they appear in your email. This allows you to explore various design options before making a selection.
If none of the AI-generated options match your requirements, update your prompt or click SUGGEST again to get new layout variants.
To apply an AI-generated layout option to your email, select it in the SUGGESTED OPTIONS section and click SAVE on the quick access toolbar.
In eWizard Editor, you can adjust the style of the applied layout option, edit text and image properties, and regenerate content as needed. If you add a new text-based or image component to the email layout and want to view other layout suggestions, enter a modified prompt in the eVa AI sidebar to generate options.
Once you save your changes, you can still navigate other AI-suggested options during the same editing session. For this, open the eVa AI sidebar again and click outside the email layout.
Contact the administrator to configure the display of previously generated layouts after modifying the applied layout or reloading the content item page.
Suggested options are no longer available after the content item is reopened.
