A template fragment is a reusable HTML snippet that you can insert into your email. This feature allows you to incorporate pre-approved content—such as disclaimers or Important Safety Information (ISI)—without modifying the entire email. Using the template fragment token ensures both compatibility with Veeva Vault PromoMats and consistent rendering across various email clients.
In eWizard Editor, the TEMPLATE FRAGMENT component serves as a placeholder for the template fragment token in your email. After the email publication to Veeva Vault PromoMats, you can link only one template fragment to your email.
To add a template fragment component to the email layout:
Your email can include up to two fragment components in the same email: one TEMPLATE FRAGMENT and one FRAGMENT.
The emailTemplateFragment token in the placeholder reminds you what to place there in Veeva Vault PromoMats.
Upon distribution, the system ensures only one template fragment can be linked per email, maintaining compliance with Veeva Vault PromoMats requirements.
