You can send Contentful presentations directly to Veeva Vault PromoMats as interactive.
Contact the administrator to configure the publication of Contentful entries to Veeva Vault PromoMats as interactive.
If your presentation hasn't been updated and is already saved as an e-Detailer in eWizard Library, do the following:
Click
Publish interactive to Veevain the EWIZARD section.
Log in to your eWizard account.
In the popup that appears, sign in to your account in Veeva Vault PromoMats and proceed with the publication process.
Contact the administrator to configure the Publish interactive to Veeva action so that the related e-Detailer remains unchanged even when the Contentful presentation is modified.
Additional scenarios
Depending on the precondition, eWizard can accompany the publication of the Contentful presentation to Veeva Vault PromoMats as interactive with one of the following scenarios:
Precondition | Result |
The Open in eWizard or | The related e-Detailer is created in Library |
- The presentation is modified after being saved in eWizard Library | The related e-Detailer is updated. The latest version is then published to Veeva Vault PromoMats |
A different user applies the action after the related content item is saved in Library of the Contentful entry owner | The presentation is saved as an e-Detailer in the Shared with me space of the user applying the action. This user is automatically assigned the Editor role as a collaborator for the related content item |
