Create presentations or emails in Contentful, and open them in eWizard for further editing

To open and save Contentful presentations and emails in eWizard:

  1. Click Open in eWizard in the EWIZARD section.

  2. Log in to your eWizard account.

As a result, the Contentful entry is saved as an e-Detailer or an email in eWizard Library. By default, the item opens on the Details page. Here, you can open the item content in Editor and Viewer with the respective quick action buttons.

Reapplying the Open in eWizard action updates the related content item if:

  • The Contentful entry is modified after being saved in eWizard Library.

  • The modified or unmodified Contentful entry includes Genially content.

If a different user applies the Open in eWizard action after the related content item is saved in Library of the Contentful entry owner, the entry is saved as an e-Detailer or email in the Shared with me space of the user applying the action. This user is automatically assigned the Editor role as a collaborator for the related content item.

Contact the administrator to configure the Open in eWizard action so that the related eWizard content item isn't updated when the Contentful entry is modified.

To reuse media assets from the Contentful presentation saved in eWizard Library as e-Detailer, use the Download source option. Once downloaded, open the ZIP archive on your computer and upload the required media assets to eWizard Library. As a result, you can add media assets to your items with the Assets pop-up.
