Use anchors in landing pages and multipage sites to navigate to specific website sections or pages. Anchors also allow users to share links to specific sections of a webpage and improve site user experience by providing a more streamlined and efficient way to access content.

You can add only one anchor per the website element—component, block, and placeholder. For this:

  1. Click Add anchor:

  2. In the Add anchor pop-up, fill in all the required fields.

  • Name is the anchor name displayed on its label on the website layout in Editor.

  • ID is a unique identifier added to the link that redirects to the anchor.

3. Click ADD.

As a result, you can see the anchor label in the upper-right corner of the website element on the Editor layout.

To edit the anchor:

  1. Click the anchor label.

  2. Change the Name and ID in the Edit anchor pop-up.

  3. Click EDIT.

To remove the anchor, click Delete anchor in the component context menu or in the block and placeholder options.

You can reference the anchor with an internal link in the Edit link pop-up. For this, select the appropriate anchor in the Select anchor dropdown list.
