Gather feedback from email recipients with the rating component available in eWizard Editor

Use the RATING component to get feedback from email recipients. A unique link assigned to each rating item allows recipients to evaluate the effectiveness of your email. The resulting ratings are recorded in CRM reports and used for email campaign analysis.

To add RATING to your item, drag it from the Components tab to the layout. The component contains a collection of customizable items matching the low or high rating of your email. The five-star rating is set by default.

Once you add the rating to the layout, set the component styling and properties.

On the Properties tab, you can add up to 10 items to the rating with the + button. To remove the item, click –.

To customize each item individually:

  1. Unfold the required item.

  2. Click to add a link.

Set a unique link for each item to track recipient ratings.

  1. Browse for the item image in the Assets pop-up.

  2. Enter the alternative text.

To duplicate the customized item, click Duplicate.
