The e-Detailer shows blank page in Pulse mobile

Synchronization or caching issues in Pulse mobile can prevent e-Detailer from loading. To solve the problem:

  • Reinstall the app on your device.

  • Resync all e-Detailers to ensure proper loading.

If the issue remains, republish the e-Detailer and then resync it within Pulse mobile.
