Pulse mobile is an app compatible with both iOS and Android systems. It is designed to demonstrate e-Detailers at face-to-face meetings and collect real-time feedback on the materials presented.

To install Pulse mobile to your iOS device, find Pulse in the App Store and download it.

The app is ready for use.

To install Pulse mobile on your Android-powered device, please contact eWizard Support.

If you want to track the location of e-Detailer demonstrations and include these points in the follow-up reports, allow Pulse mobile to use your location. To do this:

1. Go to your iOS device Settings.

2. Tap Privacy → Location services.

3. Switch the Location services toggle to the right.

Open the app and take a tour to learn the Pulse mobile benefits.

On the sign-in page, enter your organization name and tap Next.

For example, if the URL link to your eWizard environment is viseven.ewizard.io, enter viseven in the Organization field to sign in.

Then enter your eWizard user credentials to sign in to the eWizard instance and launch Pulse mobile.
