Discover the Pulse features and report types

Being configurable and flexible, Pulse supports business flows in the following way:

  • Assemble your marketing materials within a single platform.

  • Synchronize Pulse mobile with Pulse online.

  • Demonstrate the e-Detailers at face-to-face meetings.

  • Collect KPIs for real-time feedback in both online and offline modes.

  • Generate and export the reports.

Pulse online and mobile user credentials are the same as for the eWizard platform—no additional account is required.

In Pulse, you can work with e-Detailers only. They must be published from the eWizard platform to Pulse.

Reports

Pulse features the following report types:

  • Summary: General reports on the demonstrated e-Detailers with the time statistics.

  • Visits summary: General reports on the e-Detailer demonstration visits with the speaker, attendee details, and visit location points indicated.

The location point indications are included in the reports if you allow Pulse mobile to use your location.

  • Slides summary: The reports on the e-Detailer demonstration statistics per slide.

  • Top demonstrated presentations: The reports on the e-Detailer demonstrations frequency ratio visualized as doughnut charts.

  • Top engaging presentations: The reports on the e-Detailer demonstrations ranking based on the time spent on all e-Detailer slides displayed as clustered column charts.

To sort the report records by any parameter, click or tap the required column header. An arrow indicates the sorting direction: ascending or descending.

To narrow the list of records in the report by e-Detailers and/or users, APPLY the respective filter.
