Publish your e-Detailers, emails, and email fragments to Platforce to store, manage, and share content items for collaboration with colleagues. With Platforce, you can present products and services to target audiences during remote calls and virtual conferences and gain insights through KPI metrics.

Publication to Platforce is available on demand. Contact the administrator for details.

To publish a content item to Platforce:

  1. Select Platforce on the target system selection page and click NEXT.

  2. In the popup that appears, specify the host and sign in to your Platforce account.

  3. On the PREPARATION step, check the content item preview and click NEXT.

The system checks and notifies you if the content item is published as new or as an update to the previously published one.

4. On the DETAILS step, fill in the metadata fields:

  • Marketing cycle: Select the time frame when the company runs the promotion campaign.

  • Product: Choose the product to promote. Available options depend on the selected marketing cycle.

  • Material type: The metadata field is read-only and prepopulated with a value from Platforce.

The Platforce administrator sets marketing cycles, assigns products to be promoted within each cycle, and maps eWizard content items to Platforce material types.

When republishing the content item to Platforce, the metadata fields are prepopulated with the values from the previous publication. You can modify the metadata if required.

5. Click NEXT.

6. Check the publication summary and click PUBLISH.

On the bottom bar, click the percentage indicator to track the publication process. After successful completion, use the following controls:

  • OPEN IN MY LIBRARY to view your content item details.

  • SHOW IN PLATFORCE to view your content item in the Products β†’ Products Materials section of the target system.
